Project Description
Due to the strong storm activity on the sun, the aurora borealis were slightly shifted toward south and they were visible as far as in Illinois. The green/red tint in the sky is the northern light. This was taken in a foggy night which helped adding the atmosphere to the scene.
This is the panorama of three photos, all taken using Canon 6D with 24mm F/1.4 at f2, 20-second exposures.
